TWO men from Llandovery have recently appeared in court.
Tristan Edward Nelson, 20, of Bridge Street, Llandovery, admitted using a vehicle with ply or cord of the tyre exposed at Llanelli Magistrates Court on July 25.
He was caught on February 24 with the rear offside tyre of the Vauxhall Insignia he was driving had the ply or cord exposed. He was fined £180 and given three points on his licence. He also had to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.

Tod James Cable, 31, of Maesglas, Llandovery, admitted speeding at Llanelli Magistrates Court on July 25.
He was caught on February 1 doing 46mph on A476 Carmel South, where the limit is 30mph. He was fined £66 and given four points on his licence. He also had to pay £34 surcharge.
