Police have launched an investigation after an Ammanford motorist was injured in a hit-and-run incident last Friday morning.
The collision took place at around 8.30am on May 13 when a white van hit the rear of a vehicle that was turning into the Nant Arw estate.
Police have confirmed that the driver of the van drove off without providing any details and failed to report the incident to the Dyfed-Powys Police Road Traffic Collision department.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the vehicle which was hit by the van sustained minor injuries.
If anyone witnessed the collision, saw a white van driving away from the Nant Arw estate at speed or has dashcam footage of the incident, they are asked to contact PC543 Rowlands, quoting reference numb er DP 20220513-059.
