Two tennis coaches have returned to Llandybie.

Mark Thomas and David Williams have resumed their roles at Llandybie Tennis Club following a successful family day on May 12.

They've sworn commitment to promote the club and the sport among the community.

Thomas and Williams re-join the club as coaches and will be leading the team.

After extensive coaching journeys, they've decided to come back to Llandybie, with the timing coming as the club celebrated its family day attended by a number of families from the surrounding area.

Club president, Emyr Nicholas, is delighted with their return.

Mr Nicholas said: "We couldn't be more thrilled to have Mark and David back with us.

"Their dedication to tennis and expertise in coaching will undoubtedly elevate our club to new heights."

Mr Williams echoed the sentiment by underlining the club's mission to create a robust tennis community.

He said: "Tennis is not just about hitting balls; it's about building connections and nurturing a love for the sport.

"I'm excited to work alongside Mark and inspire the next generation of tennis enthusiasts right here in Llandybie."

In an effort to connect with more tennis enthusiasts, the club has rolled out various coaching programs, now accessible on its website, targeting individuals across ages and skill levels.
