CWMLLYNFELL defeated champions elect Felinfoel at Bryn Park more comprehensively than the scoreline suggests.
Cwm started by dominating all phases and fly-half Paul Davies kicked a penalty before slicing through for a fine try which he converted himself. Felinfoel responded with two Jason Davies penalties to make the score at the break 10-6.
The home side continued in the same vein and with the forwards hunting as a pack and the backs combining well, it was no surprise when neat interpassing worked wing Andrew Luther clear to score a try which Paul Davies converted.
The fly-half completed the scoring with another penalty and a drop goal to seal a famous win.
