The road near Ystradgynlais will remain closed until at least the weekend, Powys County Council have confirmed.

The A4067 from Ystradgynlais to Cray has been unavailable since April 8 due to a landslide.

Diversions are still in place while the council arranges for the removal of debris and makes the area safe to reopen.

A spokesperson for Powys County Council said: “The road remains closed, and the council hopes that the road will be open under traffic management in time for the weekend.”

The exact location of the closure is between Caerbont roundabout and the C0200 Hoel Giedd junction on the Ystradgynlais bypass.
