The Amman Valley has been given some sporting decoration thanks to a Carmarthenshire artist.

Llanelli street artist, Steve Jenks, is transforming old steel containers at Parc Golwg Yr Aman, Amman United's ground.

One piece features rugby player Trefor Pryce Evans, a former player for Pantyffynon RFC youth, Amman United RFC and Swansea RFC; and a past Wales, British and Irish Lions and Barbarians representative in the 1970s.

Another displays WRU League 2 West team Yr Aman's crest.

The incomplete third shows a wild boar, a heroic knight and six-foot-high letters spelling Garnant.
