A MAN has admitted threatening another man at a Llandeilo shop.

Christopher Davies, 44, of Maes Y Glyn in Lower Brynamman, was accused of threatening a man at CK’s Supermarket on August 15 last year.

It is alleged that Davies caused the man to fear that violence would be used against him or that he was attempting to provoke his victim in to using violence against himself.

He pleaded guilty at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on February 6, and the case was adjourned for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.

Davies was sentenced to a one-year community order on February 13, as part of which he must complete 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay £85 in costs.
