A 55-YEAR-OLD man is set to be sentenced after admitting assaulting two police officers.
Lawrence McDermott, of Derlwyn Close in Cefneithin, was accused of attacking the officers in Foelgastell on January 6.
He pleaded guilty at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on January 23 to two charges of assault by beating of an emergency worker.

McDermott was back in court on February 13, where his sentencing was adjourned until February 27. He was readmitted to bail.
