VISITORS to a Towy Valley town may have been left slightly confused on the weekend as a number of donkeys took to the streets.
St Teilo’s Church in Llandeilo held a donkey walk from the town to Bethlehem village on Saturday, December 9.
Three donkeys were joined by a number of walkers – with some dressed as shepherds – for the 3.5-mile journey in the wintry conditions.
The walk was held to raise funds for the church and the walk was followed by soup and refreshments in Bethlehem Hall.
