A WOMAN has denied wounding a man with a wine glass in Hendy.
Denise Raymond-Jones, 49, appeared at Swansea Crown Court accused of attacking a man on December 21 last year.
Raymond-Jones was charged with wounding with intent, and an alternative offence of unlawful wounding.
She denied both charges.

“The defendant is said to have put a wine glass in to the complainant’s neck causing it to break,” prosecutor Sian Cutter said.
Defence counsel David Singh told the court that Raymond-Jones, of Moorland Road in Port Talbot, said she “feared for her safety” and that her actions were in self-defence.
Judge Catherine Richards set a trial date of May 15. Raymond-Jones was granted bail until that date.
