NEW Order will be performing in Cardiff in 2024 – for the first time in 40 years!

The band will be returning to play their first show in Cardiff since 1983 for a special concert as part of the Bay Series.

New Order are regarded as electronic music pioneers and members come from Salford and Macclesfield following the disbandment of Joy Division. They are noted as being one of the first bands to bridge the gap between post-punk and dancefloor.

They are celebrating 40 years of hit single Blue Monday and have recently announced re-issues of classic compilation Substance 1987, their biggest selling album to date. New Order have won a number of awards and sold more than 3.5 million albums worldwide.

They will be in Cardiff at Alexandra Head on Thursday, August 22, 2024, as part of The Bay Series with special guests The Charlatans.

It is the first time they have played Wales since a show in Swansea in 1985. Tickets are on sale now at https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/new-order-tickets/artist/735746.
