THERE are plans for a laundrette in Llandybie.
The plans have been submitted to Carmarthenshire County Council for a change of use application for the ground floor of 7 Church Road, Llandybie.
The application was submitted by Mrs Evans-Williams with a change of use of the ground floor of the former Day Today food and drink store from A2 (financial and professional services) to Unique Use, with the unique use stating it would be a laundrette.
It is proposed that there will be one part-time employee.
The application is currently under consultation with the full plans visible at www.carmarthenshire.gov.wales/planningapplications and searching the reference PL/06748. Anyone wishing to make a representation on the application must do so in writing on the above link, by emailing planningconsultations@carmarthenshire.gov.uk or by writing to Planning Services, Civic Offices, Crescent Road, Llandeilo, SA19 6HW. If using the latter two ways, the reference number must be included in the representation. Representations must be received by November 20, 2023.
