TAKING a trip down memory lane can be a fun way to reminisce on 'the good old days' and can be brought on by a range of prompts.

Whether it's seeing an old friend, looking at old photos or videos, or seeing something in every day life that jogs a nostalgic memory, we all love to look back on past times.

This week, we delved into the South Wales Guardian archives to find some pictures from Llandeilo from 2016 to provide you with some more recent memories. We found lots of pictures from various events and groups including the Llandeilo Singers, local business owners, teams getting new sports kits and new businesses.

Take a look at some of these pictures!
