A TWO-VEHICLE crash closed part of the A48 near Cross Hands on the weekend.
The A48 between Cross Hands and Carmarthen, close to the Maesybont turning, was the scene of a crash between two vehicles at around 4pm on Friday, September 1.
Dyfed-Powys Police attended the scene and one lane was blocked. The road was closed for a brief period of time.
A spokesperson for the force said that no one was seriously injured, and that an ambulance and first responder vehicle were in attendance.
The statement from Dyfed-Powys Police read: “Police were called to a two-vehicle collision on the A48 between Cross Hands and Carmarthen, near the Maesybont turning, at around 4pm on Friday, September 1.
“One lane was blocked, and the road was briefly closed.
“No-one was seriously injured, but a first responder vehicle and ambulance did attend.”
