It was held to raise money for The Wish Fund, a campaign run by Hywel Dda Health Charities – the official charity of the Hywel Dda University Health Board, and is supported by Scarlets Rugby.

The campaign will allow the paediatric palliative care service to create lasting memories for the children and young people in the service’s care with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions as well as their families.

“We raised a lot more than expected. The support I received from Robert O’Connell and Paul Evans was greatly appreciated as they gave me the freedom and help to make the event a huge success.

"I would also like to thank all the estates and compliance staff who attended as well as contractors for supporting the event – and hopefully supporting it in the future.”
