SOMETIMES when people feel nostalgic, they turn to old photos or memories to relive the often 'good old days.'

Many are reminded of old sporting achievements, their school days, hobbies and much more.

Today we take a look through the South Wales Guardian archives for some older photos from the Cwmgors area including sporting achievements, fundraisers and an Eisteddfod chair from the last decade, with an old undated rugby picture.
