The Met Office has provided a yellow weather warning for the Amman, Swansea and Towy Valleys, with heavy rain expected for the area next week.
The weather warning for rain is expected to last for most of Tuesday, January 10, starting at 6am and lasting until 8pm that evening.
The majority of Wales is included in the weather warning, including mid Wales and most of the north, and going right towards the English border in the south.
A spokesperson from The Met Office said: “Persistent heavy rain may lead to some disruption on Tuesday.
“Flooding of a few homes and businesses is likely.
“Bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer.
“Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer.
“Some interruption to power supplies and other services possible.”
