On Thursday, September 15, Alun of Trerice Drive, Newquay, Cornwall, formerly of Tir Isaf, Bonllwyn, Ammanford. Devoted husband of Diane, loving father of Richard and Andrew, respected father-in-law of Ruth and Carly, cherished grandfather and much loved brother and brother-in-law of Audrey and Lynne and the late Anita.

Marjorie Showalla

Beloved mother of Mona, Ali, and Yassmin and also grandmother and great grandmother. Mam passed away peacefully on September 24 at Garnant House Care Home. She enjoyed a life filled with adventure and fun. She will be greatly missed.

Beloved wife of the late Lindsey, devoted mother of Lyn and his partner Beverley, much loved grandmother of Gemma, Mathew and Christian, cherished great-grandmother of Ayla and dear sister-in-law of John.

Peacefully on September 26 at Prince Phillip Hospital, Llanelli. Eric of Heol-Y-Gelynen, Brynaman, cherished brother of the late Marian and Betty and treasure uncle of Julie, Helen, Derek, Andrina and Alan. Sadly missed and loved by all who knew him.

Thomas William Michael "Mike" Smith (Ammanford)

Very peacefully, on Sunday, October 2, at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli, surrounded by his loving family, following a short illness which he has fought with wonderful courage and dignity, Mike, aged 85 years of Water Street, Kidwelly, sadly passed away. The beloved husband and soulmate of the late Sally. Loving and devoted father of Susan and Ian. Dearly loved father of Terry and Mike. Cherished and very proud dadcu of Alicia and Millie. Dear grandfather of Teresa, Becky and their families. Dearly loved and devoted brother of Bet and an amazing uncle of all his Ammanford family. Sadly missed by all his family and many friends in Kidwelly and Burry Port.
