Llandeilo

An application for development relating to a listed building. The development will enable secure and safe storage of machinery, equipment and seed to enable re-wilding of the field. Additionally, storage of feed for occasional livestock grazing during winter.

A canopy extension is intended to increase opportunity to undertake seeding activity, grafting of native plants and general planting activities during inclement weather periods.

Since the purchase, the field – located between Llangwm Farm and Danygraig Small Holding in Talley, Llandeilo – has only been occasionally grazed, cut and baled twice each year to prevent fertilisation of field.

The application was submitted by Helen Rees and the reference number for the planning application is PL/03979.
