A man remains in custody after being arrested at an address in Glanaman on Wednesday morning in relation to the Explosive Substances Act.
Dyfed-Powys Police officers have reassured residents in neighbouring properties - reported locally to be in the Heol Aman area of the village - that there is no risk of danger.
A police spokesperson confirmed: “Dyfed Powys Police executed a warrant under the Explosive Substances Act at an address in the Glanaman area on Wednesday morning, August 17.
"A man has been arrested and currently remains in police custody.
"There was no risk to neighbouring properties or members of the public.”
