LLANDEILO’S Festival of Senses has moved online for a second year.
Organisers have launched an online event in a bid to support local businesses during the coronavirus pandemic.
The festival usually draws a wide range of stallholders to the town selling Christmas gifts, food and drinks as well as a weekend full of festival entertainment.
However, for a second year the festival is holding a virtual festival through Facebook, which began on November 1 and will run until November 30.
Usual stallholders can be found here and the local Llandeilo shops will be online here.
Meanwhile, to maintain some Christmas spirit Llandeilo Town Council has arranged a weekend of fun on November 26-28.
Llandeilo’s shops will be open for a festive weekend and the Christmas lights switch-on will also take place, including choir singers and a visit from Santa.
The lights switch-on will take place on Friday, November 26 at 7pm.
Christmas fundraising events have been arranged by the Festival of Senses committee including a Christmas Quiz and curry on November 18 at Yr Hen Vic, tickets can be purchased here, and a Santa run on December 12 at Cae Williams, Llandeilo Rugby Club, purchase tickets to this event here.
