Ammanford man banned from driving for seven days
A MOTORIST from Ammanford was banned from driving for a week after speeding in Pontypool.
Richard Williams, 41, of Union Street, Ammanford, was clocked at 54mph in a 30mph zone, in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, on Usk Road, Pontypool.
Williams admitted the charge when appearing at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
The bench imposed a seven-day ban and fined him £500 with a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
