Llanelli Magistrates' Court
A RESTRAINING order given to an Ammanford man has been varied by Magistrates so he can carry on having a relationship.
Nicholas Skinner, of Park Street, Ammanford was handed a restraining order on March 31, banning him from contacting Ellen Marie Smith.
An application to discharge the restraining order, so that both parties could carry on having a relationship, was granted by Llanelli Magistrates with some variations.
The 41-year-old must not enter the home of Ellen Smith, to allow the applicant a safe place.
The varied order will last until March 30, 2021.
