AN UNDERAGE driver has been caught and charged by police.
Police say the vehicle failed to stop when the teenage driver passed by officers - who signalled for the car to pull in - near Kendal on Tuesday evening.
South Lakeland Police said: "The vehicle and its 16-year-old driver were found later on and the vehicle was seized.
"The driver will be dealt with at a later date by officers for several offences"
