We know that many people are in isolation to protect their own health, or their loves ones, and we appreciate that some people are unable to go out to a supermarket to shop for food supplies safely.

“We’d like to thank the team at Castell Howell for their support and eagerness to help people, and we hope that this service is useful to people over the coming weeks.”

Kath Jones, of Castell Howell, added: “We were keen to work with Carmarthenshire County Council to distribute food to people during this crisis. In times of unprecedented uncertainty across all business sectors, especially food service and hospitality, it’s good to see everyone working together.”

Castell Howell said that all precautionary measures have been undertaken to ensure the safety of staff and customers including stringent hygiene protocols.
