A MAN has been given seven points on his licence after driving without due care and failing to provide his details after an accident in Cross Hands.
The incident happened in Home Bargains, Cross Hands, car park on May 31.
Michael Short, of Min Y Graig, Pontyberem, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
He admitted failing to provide his information and was fined £120, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and cover costs of £85.
The 77-year-old was also handed seven points on his driving licence.
Short also admitted driving without due care and attention, but no separate penalty was applied.
