A LLANDOVERY man will face trial after being accused of being in possession of indecent photographs of children.
Kieran Evans, of Gelldeg, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates Court on Thursday.
He faced four charges, three of possessing indecent images of children and one of failing to notify police of a mobile phone with internet access within three days of acquiring it, as required to under his Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
All incidents occurred on June 10.
The 34-year-old is alleged to have been in possession of one category A image, one category B image, and one category C image.
Evans indicated not guilty pleas or no plea to all charges.
He will next appear for trial at Swansea Crown Court on October 7.
