The Welsh Blood Service have appointments available in Ammanford this month.
The team will be at Christian Temple Hall on Tuesday, September 10 between 10am and 1.30pm, and 3pm and 6.30pm.
The Welsh Blood Service needs to collect 350 units a day to keep hospitals supplied with the lifesaving blood they need.
