Ammanford Big Day returned to town on Saturday, July 6.
Ammanford Rec was transformed into a circus-themed fairground with plenty to see and do.
Youngsters enjoyed getting involved with the different workshops and there was live music from Ammanford Town Silver Band and other local stars.
A spokesperson for Ammanford Town Council said: "Thank you to everyone that attended Ammanford Big Day Out.
"It was an amazing turn out and from the feedback already received it seems as if the majority had an enjoyable day.
"There were some fantastic costumes on display but the winners of the fancy dress competition were: Best Dressed Child - Mason Griffith; Best Dressed Couple - Christian and Zoe Davies and Best Dressed Group - Parcyrhun PTA.
"As a thank you to everyone that participated in the fancy dress competition, each of you had been allocated a free ticket for the Outdoor Cinema.
"Please contact the clerk via clerk@ammanfordtowncouncil.co.uk to arrange collection.
"Thank you to our stall holders that attended and we would also like to thank all of our partners, entertainers and suppliers."
