New development planned for former school site
PLANS have been submitted for a new housing development on a former school playing field.
An application for seven new homes in Garnant has been put forward to Carmarthenshire County Council.
If approved, seven detached bungalows would be constructed on the former playing fields at Garnant CP School, in New School Road.
The plans were validated by the council on June 10.
