Over 30 drivers were stopped outside an Ammanford primary school during a speed operation this week.
Ammanford Police and Go Safe Cymru took part in a scheme focusing on education alongside Ysgol Saron on Wednesday, June 12 in partnership with Carmarthenshire Road Safety and Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
A spokesperson for Ammanford Police said: “17 drivers were dealt with for excess speed, nine for not wearing seatbelts and five for construction and use offences.”
