Guy Tomlinson, aged 58, of Causeway Street, Kidwelly, has been charged with being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police officer.
A man has been charged after being accused of being drunk and disorderly at an Ammanford gym and allegedly assaulting a police officer.
Guy Tomlinson was arrested and taken into police custody after an incident at Functional 7 gym on Wednesday evening.
A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: "Police received a report of a man being drunk and disorderly at a business in Ammanford at around 6.30pm on Wednesday, March 6.
"The man was arrested and taken into police custody.
"Guy Tomlinson, of Causeway Street, Kidwelly, has been charged with being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police officer."
The 58-year-old has been released on court bail and is requested to attend Llanelli Magistrates Courts on March 21.
