UKIP has claimed its first seat in the Mid and West Wales Assembly region.
Former Tory MP Neil Hamilton will take the seat.
Labour's Joyce Watson and Eluned Morgan and Plaid's Simon Thomas make up the four Mid and West Wales Regional Assembly Members.
