NOWAK Hazel Elaine (Née Thomas) Peacefully on Thursday July 21st, surrounded by her loved ones, Hazel, of Fforest, Pontarddulais, sadly passed away after her courageous battle with Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma, aged 62 years. Devoted wife of Karl, dearly loved mother of Anna and Alex, cherished sister-in -law of Tanya and beloved daughter of the late Meredith and Lillian Thomas. Funeral on Tuesday, August 9th, service for family and friends at Swansea Crematorium at 11.00am. Following the service all are welcome to join the family at The Plough and Harrow, Llangyfelach SA5 7JA. Donations, if so desired, to 'Lymphoma Action' will be kindly received by Hywel Griffiths and Son, Funeral Directors, Bwtrimawr, 39 Betws Road, Betws, Ammanford. SA18 2HE.
