Please come along at 2pm on November 8 for a walk through beautiful Dinefwr Park, Castle Woods and Llandeilo town, ending with tea, speakers and entertainment at the Civic Hall, in Crescent Road, at 4pm.
The Civc hall and town council is supporting the Diabetic Research and Wellness Foundation, and Diabetes UK Cymru.
There is a choice of two walks. The short walk to Newton House from the entrance of the park, opposite Diana Road, Llandeilo, will last about 20 minutes. The long walk will take a similar route and include a talk by Roy Davies on Dinefwr Park along the way.
During a tea at Llandeilo Civic Hall, Andrew Douglas Forbes will be singing items by Puccini, accompanied by Gerald Jones, while a guest speaker from Carmarthen will talk about diabetes.
