A LLANDYFAN farmer has been cleared of assault by Carmarthen magistrates.
Robert Thomas Richardson, aged 48, of Bryncoch Farm, had denied assaulting Dominic Flatley by beating him on May 4.
He had also pleaded not guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards Trevor Richardson on the same date, and was found not guilty on both charges.
