Llanelli Magistrates' Court
A SWANSEA Valley motorist has been fined more than £600 for driving without insurance at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
The bench heard that Ashley Owen, of Heol Twrch, Lower Cwmtwrch, Ystradgynlais, was driving a Land Rover Range Rover on Station Road, Ystradgynlais, on November 20, with no insurance in force covering the use of the vehicle.
The 33-year-old found the case against him proved under the single justice procedure.
He was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 surcharge and £90 costs. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
