A 31-YEAR-OLD man has received a six-month conditional discharge after pleading guilty to an offence that took place in Ammanford last month.
Steven Daly, of no fixed abode, was said to have been using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.
The incident took place on May 19 in Ammanford.
As well as the six month conditional discharge, Llanelli Magistrates ordered that Daly pay a victim’s surcharge of £22.
