BRITAIN'S most exciting new jazz sensation will perform at Llandeilo this summer.
Jamie Cullum, fresh from his appearance on the BBC's Michael Parkinson show, has just signed a multi million pound record deal with Universal.
But the organisers of the Llandeilo Festival of Music and Flowers have managed to pull off the coup of the year by signing up the young star for July's festival.
Julia Jones, artistic director of the festival, said: "The visit to Llandeilo of an artist of such undoubted charisma is clear proof that this new festival has firmly established itself on the new music scene. To get someone of Jamie's calibre to perform here is a stunning coup for all the organisers involved."
Jamie, whose record-breaking deal will see him recording a new album over the summer for release in September, was due to appear on July 17, but European commitments have meant that the 22-year-old will now perform on July 10.
