Anyone living in the Ammanford area who may be considering a career in firefighting can make use of a special recruitment day.
Planned by Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service, the recruitment day will take place at Ammanford Fire Station, on Saturday, July 20, from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
Attendees will have an opportunity to have a chat with the crew and learn about a firefighter's role.
This opportunity is open for those living or working within 5-10 minutes of the station.
