THESE three drivers have had their cases heard in court recently.
The defendants each faced charges relating to faults on their vehicles – including having a bald front tyre and having tyres with the ply or cord exposed.
Their cases were heard at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.

Here’s a round-up of the cases.
GARETH JONES, 44, of Heol Las in Ammanford, was found to be driving a car with two faulty tyres.
Jones was driving a Ford Fiesta on the A483 Pen Y Banc Road in Ammanford on April 12. It was found that both the front tyres had the ply or cord exposed.
He pleaded guilty to each charge, and was fined a total of £446 at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on November 8.
He was also ordered to pay a £178 surcharge and £90 in costs, and had three points put on his licence.
CONNER SINCLAIR, 19, of Pen Y Banc Road in Ammanford, admitted driving with a bald front tyre.
Sinclair was driving a Volkswagen Golf in the Aldi car park on Llandeilo Road in Cross Hands on April 10 where the groves in the tread of the front nearside tyre was less than 1.6mm in depth.
He pleaded guilty, and was fined £140 at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on November 8. Sinclair was also ordered to pay a £60 surcharge and had three points added to his licence.
THOMAS COLLING, 19 of Pantyffynnon Road in Ammanford, was driving in Cross Hands with a faulty front tyre.
Colling was driving an Alfa Romeo MiTO Junior in the Aldi car park on Llandeilo Road on April 10 where the front nearside tyre of the vehicle had the ply or cord exposed.
He pleaded guilty, and was fined £289 at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on November 8.
Colling must also pay a surcharge of £115 and costs of £90. He also had three points added to his licence.
