THREE defendants have appeared in court accused of refusing to identify the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have committed an offence.
The defendants each had their cases heard at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on September 25.
They each were facing a charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

JONATHAN BROWN, 39, of High Street in Rhymney, Tredegar, must pay more than £1,000 after refusing to identify the driver of a Citroen Dispatch who was alleged to have been speeding.
The van was reportedly caught doing 38mph on the 30mph A476 at Gorslas on February 27.
A charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence was proved using the single justice procedure.
Brown was fined £660, and must pay a surcharge of £264 and costs of £90. He also had six points added to his licence.
ELVIS MUTI, of Alma Road in Peterborough, was found to have not identified the driver of a Ford Transit alleged to have been holding their phone at the wheel.
The prosecution allege that the driver of a Ford Transit van was holding a mobile phone in their right hand whilst driving on the A474 Cwmamman Road in Glanamman on February 21.
A charge against Muti of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence was proved using the single justice procedure.
He was fined £660, and must pay a surcharge of £264 and costs of £90. He was also handed six penalty points.
KIMBERLEY LEWIS, 33, of Maes Y Bedol in Garnant, has been ordered to pay more than £1,000 after refusing to identify the driver of a Nissan Juke who was alleged to have been speeding.
The car was alleged to have been caught doing 35mph on the 30mph A476 at Gorslas on February 25.
