AN Ystradgynlais woman has admitted trying to steal more than £1,500 worth of items in shop theft spree.
Danielle McGee, 31, of Penybryn, Ystradgynlais, admitted four charges at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates Court on January 23.
She admitted that on December 21, she stole an unknown value of Thornton’s chocolates from Tesco in Ystradgynlais.
She also admitted attempted theft where on the same date, she tried to steal £883.91 worth of goods from the same store.

The third charge is theft from a store, where on December 20, she stole £742.44 worth of goods from the same store.
The final charge is another of theft from a store where on August 15, she stole £18.86 worth of goods from Regent House Filling Station in Clyro.
She was given a one-year community order and ordered to pay a total of £449.30 compensation, £50 fine.
