CHAMPIONS of Knitwear - a jumper presented to WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre at the ‘Clash at the Castle’ event at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium earlier this month - will be on display at the National Wool Museum in Drefach Felindre until November 3.

Made by Cardiff-based company Twin Made from 100 per cent locally-sourced sheep’s wool, the jumper incorporates cultural motifs such as Cardiff Castle, a Welsh love spoon, and the national flag alongside WWE elements.

Clash at the Castle - WWE’s first major stadium event in the UK for more than thirty years - featured the biggest WWE superstars in the world including Drew McIntyre, Roman Reigns, Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, Rey Mysterio, Edge and Seth Rollins.

And WWE fans can now see the jumper in person at the National Wool Museum.

The jumper will then be given away to one lucky WWE fan on social, via the @wweuk Instagram page.

Ann Whittall, Head of the National Wool Museum, said: “I never thought we would be talking about Welsh wool and wrestling within the same sentence.

“We are thrilled to exhibit this unique woollen jumper and hope that fans of WWE will enjoy visiting to see this piece of wrestling history in person.”
