AN Ystalyfera man has appeared in court recently for failing to stop after an accident in Pontardawe.
Matthew James, 28, of Ynysydarren, Ystalyfera, admitted the charge at Swansea Magistrates Court on July 25.
He committed the offence on January 2 at Ynysmeudwy in Pontardawe, failing to stop after a collision which led to damage to the pavement.
He was banned from driving for a year and given a six-month curfew between 9pm and 5am until January 25, 2023. He also had to pay £95 surcharge and £90 costs.
