A body was found in Cwmtwrch yesterday morning (Monday, August 1), as police officers are investigating.
The body was discovered late into the Monday morning in the Afon Twrch in Lower Cwmtwrch.
Police officers were seen spending much of the afternoon knocking on doors and making enquiries.
They left the Cwmtwrch area later on in the afternoon as they continue their investigation.
Officers have said that the death is not being treated as suspicious.

A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Police are investigating following the discovery of a body in the Afon Twrch in Lower Cwmtwrch at around 11.30am, Monday 1st August 2022.
“Enquiries are ongoing however the death is not being treated as suspicious at this time.”
