A number of residents have appeared in court for non-speeding driving offences.
Rhys James Stephens, 20, of Heol y Garreg Las, Llandeilo, was found guilty of driving without insurance by Llanelli Magistrates Court on June 23.
He was caught on December 21 on College Street in Ammanford and was fined £660 and banned from driving for six months. He also had to pay £66 surcharge and £90 costs.
Aled Wyn Richards Carroll, 24, of Arfryn, Upper Brynamman, Ammanford, admitted failing to provide a specimen when required at Swansea Magistrates Court on June 22.
He was said to have been in charge of a vehicle in Gwaun Cae Gurwen on April 17 and failed to provide a blood sample for analysis to assist an investigation as to whether he had committed an offence.
He was fined £1,384 and banned from driving for six months. He also had to pay £138 surcharge and £85 costs.

Peter Robertson, 61, of Rhydcymerau, Llandeilo, admitted driving without insurance at Cardiff Magistrates Court on June 1.
He was caught on March 28 in Nantgarw and was fined £276 and given six points on his licence. He also had to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.
Liam Daniel Chuck, 26, of Llys Morfydd, Pontarddulais, admitted drink driving at Swansea Magistrates Court on June 22.
He was caught on June 4 on the M4 westbound between J47-48 with 65 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. He was banned from driving for 19 months and fined £350. He also had to pay £35 surcharge and £85 costs.
