A Llangadog man accused of supplying illegal Class A drugs including heroin and cocaine, has been sent to Swansea Crown Court by Llanelli magistrates.

Robert Draper, 51, of Albion House, High Street, Llangadog has been charged with possessing 67.3grammes of heroin with intent to supply.  The offence is alleged to have taken place in Llangadog Post Office on June 4, 2021.

The following day Draper is accused of having in his possession 1.97 grammes of heroin when he attended Ammanford Police Station.

He faces three further charges of being concerned in the supply of heroin, cocaine and cannabis at Llangadog between April 15 and June 4, 2021.

Draper faces an additional charge of acquiring criminal property, namely cash to the value of £2,000, which the Crown claim was found by police at Albion House on June 4, 2021.

No pleas were submitted by the defendant when he appeared before Llanelli magistrates today (Thursday) and the matter was adjourned until July 21 when Draper will appear before Swansea Crown Court.

He was released on unconditional bail.
