TWO planning applications have been submitted to Carmarthenshire County Council for alterations to properties.
The first application is for the addition of a single-storey extension to the rear of the farmhouse at Crofft Y Cyff in Harford, Llanwrda along with refurbishment and making good of the house. It was submitted by Mr GL Jones and Mrs MP Shevlin.
The second is for the demolition and rebuild of the rear of 23 Bridge Street, Llandeilo which was submitted by Adelaide Cladding Ltd.

The proposal is to demolish the rear two-storey portion of the property and rebuild it along with demolition and rebuilding of the main, courtyard facing elevation wall at the rear of the property.
