Driver gets fine for not wearing seatbelt
A Brynaman man has been hit with a fine after he was caught driving without a seatbelt.
Hywel John Williams, 41, of Station Road, Upper Brynaman was driving a Mercedes on the A4069 Brynaman Road, on June 7, whilst not wearing a seatbelt.
The case against Williams was proved under the single justice procedure at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on December 14.
The court fined him £22, ordered him to pay £34 to fund victim services and £90 costs.
